Positive: Very nice comfortable accommodation, great location, comfy beds. There’s a coffee machine and capsules to go with it, there’s coffee and tea. There was a big bottle of mineral water waiting for me, which I appreciated as a nice touch. In shower there’s shampoo and also conditioner. There was Netflix. I chose this place for its location mainly, it was loud outside but still worth it.
Negative: Be prepared for a lot of traffic noise coming from the street (especially during say with open window). It’s quite hot in there.

Positive: The location is great, just next to the underground station. there are many trams going by as well so it's very easy to reach any area of the city. I really liked that there were so many cool restaurants and bars walking distance from the flat

Positive: Excellent apartments, I stayed for a week with my girlfriend, but we were not just on vacation, we were working online, and for this the apartment has everything you need. Two full-fledged comfortable work places, high-speed wireless Internet, a large number of sockets in convenient places. As for the convenience of life, everything was at the highest level, all the necessary equipment in the kitchen, as well as a washing machine with a drying mode for your clothes. Very comfortable bed. It is also worth noting that within walking distance from the apartments there is everything you need, such as shops, cafes and a very nice gym - XFitness.
Negative: 1. I'll start with the worst thing that will affect everyone, there is no air conditioning in the apartment and there are no mosquito nets on the windows. If you suddenly get hot in the summer, be careful, despite the high floor, quite large insects can fly in to your room. 2. It is very important to note that if you stay longer than 3 days, you may be visited by a cleaning service. I was not informed of this and was very surprised when returned home to find the door to my apartment open and someone inside. Luckily, the cleaning staff were only doing their job and nothing was missing. 3. And another unpleasant detail, to be fair this does not concern these particular apartments, but the whole city - if you arrive by car, be prepared for the fact that you will have to look for a parking space for a very long time, since all the paid spaces around are filled with local residents, and sometimes I had to drive around the area several times to park my car at least within a radius of 800 meters from the apartments. 4. The most minor disadvantage is that the apartment is located in a building right next to a busy road - ambulances or police often drive by at night with sirens, which can be disturbing for people with sensitive sleep.
